We automatically collect: IP address, browser type, pages visited, generation timestamps, and usage analytics via privacy-safe tooling.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve our policy generation service. To process payments and manage your subscription. To send transactional emails. To analyse aggregate usage to improve the platform.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your generated policy content to train AI models.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on PostgreSQL databases hosted in the EU/US. We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Account data retained for subscription duration plus 90 days after cancellation. Generated policies retained until deleted by user. Anonymised analytics retained for 24 months.
