End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, AcePlasma Technologies LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Policy solely for your internal business or personal purposes.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your access rights. The license is granted on a per-account basis and may not be shared with third parties except as expressly permitted under an Agency plan white-label arrangement.

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of Policy or its AI models
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on Policy or any part thereof
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to Policy without express written consent
• Use Policy to build a competing product or service
• Circumvent any rate limits, generation quotas, or access controls
• Use automated scripts to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download generated policy content
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the service

Ownership of Output. You own the policy documents generated through Policy for your business. AcePlasma Technologies LLC does not claim intellectual property rights over the specific text output produced for your account.

Model IP. The underlying AI models, prompting systems, risk-scoring engines, and generation infrastructure are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of AcePlasma Technologies LLC. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any rights to those systems.

No Legal Advice. AI-generated policies are drafts, not legal advice. Policy does not warrant that generated documents satisfy the requirements of any specific jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable law, ideally with a qualified attorney.

Accuracy. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated references. Review all output before publishing.

This license is effective until terminated. AcePlasma Technologies LLC may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of this Agreement or the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use Policy ceases immediately. Sections 2, 3, 5, and 6 survive termination.

POLICYACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR LEGALLY COMPLIANT IN YOUR JURISDICTION. YOUR USE OF POLICYACE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
