Gebruiksrechtovereenkomst (EULA)
Lees deze overeenkomst zorgvuldig door voordat je Policy gebruikt. Door de dienst te gebruiken, ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
Ingangsdatum: 1 januari 2026 — AcePlasma Technologies LLC verleent je toegang tot Policy onder de volgende voorwaarden.
1. Verlening van Licentie
Onder voorbehoud van naleving van de Overeenkomst, verleent AcePlasma je een niet-exclusieve, niet-overdraagbare en herroepbare licentie voor toegang tot en gebruik van Policy.
This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your access rights. The license is granted on a per-account basis and may not be shared with third parties except as expressly permitted under an Agency plan white-label arrangement.
2. Beperkingen
Je mag niet, direct of indirect:
- Policy of de AI-modellen reverse-engineeren, decompileren of proberen de broncode te achterhalen
- Policy kopiëren, wijzigen of afgeleide werken maken gebaseerd op Policy
- Toegangsrechten herdistribueren, doorverkopen of sublicentiëren zonder schriftelijke toestemming
- Policy gebruiken om een concurrerend product of dienst te bouwen
- Circumvent any rate limits, generation quotas, or access controls
- Use automated scripts to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download generated policy content
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the service
3. AI-gegenereerde Inhoud
Eigendom van Output. Je bent de eigenaar van de beleidsdocumenten gegenereerd via Policy voor jouw business.
Model IP. De onderliggende AI-modellen en infrastructuur blijven exclusief eigendom van AcePlasma.
Geen Juridisch Advies. AI-beleid zijn concepten. Verifieer compliance met een advocaat.
Accuracy. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated references. Review all output before publishing.
4. Beëindiging
Deze licentie is effectief tot beëindiging. AcePlasma kan je toegang onmiddellijk beëindigen of opschorten bij schending.
Upon termination, your right to use Policy ceases immediately. Sections 2, 3, 5, and 6 survive termination.
5. Uitsluiting van Garantie
POLICY WORDT GELEVERD "AS IS" ZONDER ENIGE VORM VAN GARANTIE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR LEGALLY COMPLIANT IN YOUR JURISDICTION. YOUR USE OF POLICYACE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
6. Toepasselijk Recht
Deze Overeenkomst wordt beheerst door de wetten van de staat Wyoming, VS.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
