최종 사용자 라이선스 계약

본 계약 준수를 조건으로, AcePlasma는 귀하에게 Policy에 접속하고 사용할 수 있는 비독점적, 양도 불가능하며 철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your access rights. The license is granted on a per-account basis and may not be shared with third parties except as expressly permitted under an Agency plan white-label arrangement.

귀하는 직접 또는 간접적으로 다음을 수행할 수 없습니다:

• Policy 또는 AI 모델의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 소스 코드 도출 시도
• Policy를 기반으로 한 2차 저작물 복제, 수정 또는 생성
• 서면 동의 없이 액세스 권한 재배포, 재판매 또는 서브라이선스 부여
• 경쟁 제품 또는 서비스 구축을 위한 사용
• Circumvent any rate limits, generation quotas, or access controls
• Use automated scripts to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download generated policy content
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the service

출력물 소유권. 귀하의 비즈니스를 위해 Policy를 통해 생성된 정책 문서의 소유권은 귀하에게 있습니다.

기본 AI 모델 및 인프라는 AcePlasma의 독점적 소유입니다.

Accuracy. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated references. Review all output before publishing.

본 라이선스는 해지될 때까지 유효합니다. 위반 시 AcePlasma는 즉시 액세스를 중단할 수 있습니다.

Upon termination, your right to use Policy ceases immediately. Sections 2, 3, 5, and 6 survive termination.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR LEGALLY COMPLIANT IN YOUR JURISDICTION. YOUR USE OF POLICYACE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

본 계약은 미국 델라웨어 주 법률의 적용을 받습니다.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
