エンドユーザーライセンス契約

本契約の遵守を条件として、AcePlasma はお客様に対し、Policy へのアクセスおよび利用に関する 非独占的、譲渡不可、かつ取消可能 なライセンスを付与します。

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your access rights. The license is granted on a per-account basis and may not be shared with third parties except as expressly permitted under an Agency plan white-label arrangement.

直接的または間接的に以下を行うことはできません：

• Policy またはそのAIモデルのリバースエンジニアリング、デコンパイル、ソースコードの導出試行
• Policy に基づく派生著作物のコピー、修正、作成
• 書面による同意なしのアクセス権の再配布、再販、サブライセンス
• 競合製品またはサービスの構築のための利用
• Circumvent any rate limits, generation quotas, or access controls
• Use automated scripts to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download generated policy content
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the service

出力の所有権。お客様のビジネスのために Policy を通じて生成されたポリシー文書の所有権はお客様に帰属します。基盤となるAIモデルとインフラは AcePlasma の独占的所有物です。

No Legal Advice. AI-generated policies are drafts, not legal advice. Policy does not warrant that generated documents satisfy the requirements of any specific jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying compliance with applicable law, ideally with a qualified attorney.

Accuracy. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated references. Review all output before publishing.

本ライセンスは解除されるまで有効です。違反があった場合、直ちに変更または停止される場合があります。

Upon termination, your right to use Policy ceases immediately. Sections 2, 3, 5, and 6 survive termination.

POLICY は「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる種類の保証も行いません。エラーがないことや中断されないことを保証するものではありません。

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR LEGALLY COMPLIANT IN YOUR JURISDICTION. YOUR USE OF POLICYACE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

本契約は、米国デラウェア州法に準拠します。

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
